UA P/VP/Class Council Elections | Candidates Meeting at 8 PM Today

Dear Undergraduates,

I am writing to remind you of a mandatory candidates meeting tonight at 
8 PM in W20-400 for anyone who wants to run for:

UA President
UA Vice President
UA Class Council

If you are interested in being a part of the leadership that represent 
all undergraduates or your respective class, when it comes to issues 
that affect undergraduate life, or if you would like to learn more about 
the positions and the elections process, please attend this meeting.

Additionally, Janet (UA VP) and I will be holding two dinners to 
discuss, in detail, about what our jobs entail and what issues UA and 
the Institvte are currently facing. I highly suggest you attend one of 
these dinners if you plan on running for one of the aforementioned 
positions, but anyone who is interested is invited to attend:

Dinner #1

Location: East Campus, Talbot Lounge
Time: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Dinner #2

When: Thursday, February 17th
Location: Student Center, PDR 3 (3rd Floor)
Time: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM


Please reply to this email ASAP with your RSVP for one of the dinners 
above. Space will be limited to 10 for each dinner (If there is more 
interest, we will hold additional dinners).
