Get Involved in the MIT Presidential Search
As you are no doubt aware, the search for MIT's next President is
currently underway (see http://web.mit.edu/president/search/index.html).
For the first time in MIT's history, the student body has been invited
to participate in the presidential selection process in an official
manner. The Undergraduate Association has been working closely with
the GSC to coordinate the efforts of the Student Advisory Group (SAG) to
the Corporation Committee on the Presidency, the group charged by the
Chair of the Corporation solicit and organize student input.
In order to obtain feedback from students about what they would most
like to see in the next President, the members of the Student Advisory
Group a town hall meeting to provide students with the opportunity to
express their views and inform the work of the committee.
