[Grogospeak] PHOTO DEADLINE 6PM TODAY

Hey all!

The FINAL deadline for digital submissions is 6PM today. Please have 
your photos on our server by then, or they will not be considered for 
use in this year's book. And trust me, it is oh-so-cool to see your own 
pictures in there. :)

****Note for film: Since submitting film isn't as easy as clicking some 
buttons, Clara will be sending out additional instructions/deadlines for 
film submissions.****

In case you need it again, here's how to upload:

WINDOWS: Go into explorer (windows key + E) and type in the address bar
"\\technique.mit.edu\CameraDump10\"

MAC OS-X: Go into Finder, click Go > Connect to Server... (or press
Command+K).  Type in the server address bar
"smb://technique.mit.edu/CameraDump10/"

The Username is "staph", ask any manboard member for the password.

Note that you don't have edit access to this server, so if you create a
"new folder" directly on the server you won't be able to rename it.
Create folders on your own computer then drag 'n drop them into the server.

Add a folder with your name to the CameraDump10. Place all your photos
inside that folder, and you're good to go!

Remember, we'll take any pictures you've shot in 2009, not just ones
you've used Technique's equipment for.
