Folks--

In our Departmental Headquarters office, Annette Horne-Williams has taken on
the task of alerting all of us to an amazing SOLAR event.

On THURSDAY 12 November, the sun will arc downward in its course; and at
4:19pm, the disc of the sun will precisely align with the floor of the
3rd-floor Infinite Corridor. Stick a finger or a foot into that sun-shaft,
and the shadow will extend all the way to Kendall Square.

Mythic!

Do not miss this event that we call MIT-Henge-- when the Sun confers Grace
upon our IHTFP Infinite Corridor.
