[Grogospeak] Senior Sittings Round 3 - Last Chance!

Hi!

Thanks to everyone who helped with our October and November sittings!  It's
almost time for our December senior sittings, and we need your help to staff
the office again!  This will be our last chance for the portraits!

Please remind any seniors you know to come get their photos taken!  We had ~350
seniors during our first 3 weeks--we'll need about 450 more this week to reach
our goal of 800!

This time around, please also offer to help the seniors pre-order a yearbook.
I'll leave instructions in the office.

Dates:  December 1-5, December 10-11
Time:  11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Place:  W20-451
What:  Greet seniors coming in for portraits and help out Greg, our
photographer!
How:  Please fill out the attached spreadsheet with the times that you
will/might/are not be available (Y, M, N) and e-mail it back to me
(huangy at mit.edu).  I'll figure out a schedule and let you know!  (If the
spreadsheet doesn't open on your computer, please let me know when you're
available anyway)

For anyone who hasn't done this before, it's not a huge time commitment--you can
bring your psets and work on them at the office!  You also get paid for helping
us out...
