Hey all,
We are trying to accept TechCash for yearbook orders. Sure, we could just
collect people's ID numbers online, but theres no way of making sure people
aren't submitting someone else's ID number....
Unless a script is set up with PHP on scripts.mit.edu, as explained to me by
someone at SIPB. I know how to make a page on certificate access, and i
know how to use CGI-Email on web.mit.edu, but theres an actual PHP object
that collects certificate information that could be used to authenticate
student ID numbers.
If you know PHP and would be willing to help us, we'll pay you cash money.
$20, or more if its going to be a big deal. Its actually a relatively small
script, the one flashed in front of me by the SIPB guy was only like 20
lines of code.
Let me know if you are interested. We would like to do this before
christmas, ideally BEFORE THIS WEEKEND.
-Dave
