Internet Addiction and Insights from Ignatian Spirituality:
What would St. Ignatius say about problematic screen use—
particularly pornography—and the relentless craving
for dopamine-driven rewards? This presentation
explores Ignatius' insights on desire, attachment,
and spiritual freedom— shedding light on how his
wisdom can support psychospiritual well-being and
guide the pursuit of a deeper relationship with God.
The lecture will be presented by Fr. Quang Tran, S.J., Ph.D., who holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, and is currently completing a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric clinical neuropsychology at the Integrated Center for Child Development. The lecture will be held TONIGHT at 6:30pm in W11/Main Dining Room. Refreshments at 6:15pm.
Blessings and peace,
Fr Michael

“Jesus loves you always, even when you don’t feel worthy.
When not accepted by others, even by yourself sometimes,
He is the one who always accepts you. Only believe, you are precious to Him.
Bring all you are suffering to His feet, only open your heart to be loved by Him as you are.
He will do the rest.” Saint Mother Teresa
