TL;DR: Want to learn more about the Blessed Virgin Mary and deepen your relationship with her and Jesus? Sign up<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScy2qRSrtHL1srqx51z7ckQ98yXjOi-D_yUE5OHC4DJ3q3eLQ/viewform?usp=sf_link> <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScy2qRSrtHL1srqx51z7ckQ98yXjOi-D_yUE5OHC4DJ3q3eLQ/viewform?usp=sf_link> for our 33-day Consecration journey.
Why is Mary so important in our faith? Venerable Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen once said:
“God who made the sun, also made the moon. The moon does not take away from the brilliance of the sun. All its light is reflected from the sun. The Blessed Mother reflects her Divine Son; without Him, she is nothing. With Him, she is the Mother of men.”
There is so much to learn about Mary's trust in God, the virtue she exhibited throughout her life, and the role she plays in bringing us closer to Christ. If you want to grow even more in your relationship with Jesus, learn from countless Saints throughout the ages and grow in your relationship with Mary. Please consider joining members of the MIT Catholic Community in our annual Consecration to Jesus through Mary.
Starting on November 5th until the Feast of the Immaculate Conception on December 8th, we will individually read short (5-10 minutes) meditations and reflections on Mary’s life and role in heaven in preparation for an act of entrustment to Jesus through Mary. If you are interested in cultivating a deeper relationship with Mary and our Lord, or simply in the business of learning more about our Lady, please fill out this Google form<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScy2qRSrtHL1srqx51z7ckQ98yXjOi-D_yUE5OHC4DJ3q3eLQ/viewform> to let us know and/or order a consecration booklet. All readings can be conducted individually and on one’s own time.
Blessings,
Cesar
