Attached is a QR code that links you to the annual MIT Catholic Community survey.  Your feedback is essential to help us know what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.  We want the Catholic Community to be a dynamic, helpful, and life-giving part of your time at MIT.

By answering the survey, you are entered into a raffle to win a $50.00 Amazon gift card.  Two people will be randomly chosen at noon this Wednesday, 22 May, and the winners will be announced Wednesday afternoon.  You must submit your survey NLT this Wednesday at noon.
