And there are also lots of blogs. I think a lot of the action may have gone into personal blogs. 
And Facebook also absorbs a considerable amount of energy. Me, I’ve always liked mailing lists and old-fashioned newsgroups as they tend to be more substantive. 
Not a Reddit user but I hear it’s popular.
