[Tango-L] Not dancing with the music

I didn't understand at first, but there was NO music during my private lessons. I was able to concentrate on what I wanted the follower to do without worrying about keeping up with the music.

I wrote a long time ago that there shouldn't be music during classes so leaders and followers can concentrate on movement instead of rushing to the music. Rushing to the music makes it difficult to learn musicality.

"If you can't execute a figure without music, you definitely can't execute a figure with music."
