10...
watching videos and taking lessons is okay...
but, it's more fun to practice...
(~practicing alone...
isn't nearly as much fun...)

9...
if you're trying to hit every note in the music...
you're spending too much time listening to the music...
and not enough time paying attention to your partner...
(~if you're thinking about anything else in the middle of it...
you're with the wrong person..)

8...
unless you are a professional performer...
or an exhibitionist...
it's not important what the crowd thinks...

7...
if the cat gets dizzy, just watching...
you may not be socially appropriate...
(~being socially appropriate is over-rated... unless you're in public...)

6...
sometimes you want slow and lyrical...
sometimes you want rhythmic...
both are important...
express how you feel... right now...

5...
the more you do it...
the more you want to do it...

4...
it's intriguing with a stranger who catches your attention...
it's exceptional to explore with a person you really like...
(~10 minutes is generally enough time to tell the difference...)

3...
if you're paying attention to getting it right...
you're not...

2...
being hot and sweaty is only important...
if you didn't get that way with them...

1...
there is no 'right' way to do it...
the movements...
aren't nearly as important as how you make them feel...
