 Sergio, you are right in that I don't personally know the renting norms in BsAs
 However, I think that your post does a mis-service to the readers.. It sounds 
like all is straight forward and honest in Argentina....whereas I would bet that 
the differences in expectations to an EstadoUnidense there would be enormous.. 
what am I saying?  I'm saying that when visiting BsAs one had best keep their 
eyes peeled.
