[Tango-L] Identifying a tango LP from cover art

I am trying to help someone identify a vinyl recording of tangos that this person feels was issued prior to 1978. Other than a few titles (Adios muchachos, caminito, possibly El africano) the only known details relate to the cover: a tango couple with a man in a white or off-white suit looking at a woman wearing an orange-red fringed dress and a headband (possibly a 1920s flapper look), a long cigarette holder in her hand. Her left leg is bent, and the look on her face was described as 'satirical'. Can anyone here name the recording in question? Thanks!
