There are a couple of them out there, already, so, you can check them out, when you get here.  Like any travel guide aide, it all depends on the editor.......but milongas are constantly changing, here.....so, they need to be continuously updated.  Also, "best" is a very subjective word and each tanguero/a needs to determine which "onda"(vibe)fits their style of dancing, better, at a particular moment in their tango journey.
It's a very personal choice which can be exciting to determine/explore as one "tries on" various events to find one's "the perfect fit".  dnb
