There have been quite a few posts referring to the AT steps or step 
sequences used in Youtube videos, and some on the list have discussed 
trying to learn AT from Youtube videos, and trying to document the 
step sequences.

I find it useful to download videos, convert from Flash .flv to 
Quicktime .mov and then view them frame by frame with the option of 
going back and forth frame by frame.

For detailed, cookbook like instructions, please email me off list.

Or, if there is enough interest, I could post the instructions on 
list if there are no objections.
