Exactly: *WITH* the leader.

That's a shared responsibility: the leader doesn't
move unless he feels the follower, well, follows,
and the follower doesn't move of her own accord
just because she knows the end destination (or
thinks she does). The connection takes care of
everything, as long as you nurture it.

When you stroll in the park with someone, you don't
start sprinting hoping the other party follows as soon
as oyu've reached agreement on which way to go.
