[Tango-L] Question re: renting an apt in BA

Hello all:
   
  We found an apt online in Palermo that we would like to rent from the website/company:  "MySpace BA" Apartments For Rent  run by Clara and John Boyle.  
   
  Before we wire a significant portion of $ to reserve the place, wanted to know if you know anything about the legitimacy of this company or the couple who own it.  
   
  We were unable to come up with anything on the internet so just wanted to ask around.  We are going to be making a decision in the next 1-2 days so feedback as quickly as is convenient would be much appreciated.
