[Tango-L] Heel-first versus Toe-first, teaching history

Hi Bruno,

I thought of that scenario, too, until Sean told me that he
walks downstairs heel first.  And I notice people's knees
splaying outward if they face forward.  A sideways walk
downstair, perhaps.  Or stepping off of a curb as they
cross the street might be better.

I'll have to experiment.  Thanks.
