[Tango-L] Going to Uruguay

dear friends of tango-L,

At this time I would not advise anybody to go to Uruguay by bus as most of 
the highways and bridges that cross over the rivers are closed.

Uruguay has decided to build two "paper plants" on the border of the Uruguay 
River, a River that runs between Argentina and Uruguay.

Angry antipollution groups have cut the roads and bridges over the river.

The best way to travel to this beautiful country would be by plain or by 
boat.
