Dear Sean and All:

I really didn't pay much attention to Derik until he started spouting 
unsolicited negative comments about last summer's Mt. Vernon festival.  I've never 
been to Mt. Vernon and I don't know the organizer, but I really became incensed 
at Derik's uncharitable and uncouth description of that festival.  Only a jerk 
and a low brow Neanderthal would stoop to such depths to get his jollies.
