OK, beside being lazy and forgetting what they learn, the bad guys 
refuse to recognize the high level of those ladies who catch every 
possible class and teacher in town. They prefer instead to dance with 
easy to impress cute girls. What a shame ;-)
Some ideas to compete with them:
- maybe the guy is tired of doing things right the whole day in his job, 
he simply wants to have some fun
- maybe he doesn't appreciate much to be corrected by overinstructed 
ladies and compared with Master A or Star dancer B.
- maybe the cute girl isn't really so bad, she can't do 100 different 
adornos every 10 seconds, but she is concentrated on following.and not 
on looking good or making things exactly as learned in the last private

I think I like this bad guy ;-)
