It is called Lo Tengo. It is imported by TGIC Importers, Inc. Woodland  Hills.
It is actually produced by Bodega Norton.  As you probably know,  Norton 
produces some other great malbecs.  The bodega itself in Mendoza is  very nice 
with a very nice showroom--nice hardwood floors--and beautiful  grounds.  
 
It can be purchased at Cost Plus World Market for about $9.00.
