Those filmed in the documentary during the recording of the compact disc
will reunite for the first and only time in Teatro Colon, thanks to the
efforts of Gustavo Santaolalla, Lita Stantic, and Walter Salles.

However, two musicians won't be there on Thursday night--Jose Libertella and
Carlos Garcia.  Garcia died this month on August 4 at the age of 92.  He has
directed the Orquesta del Tango de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires since 1980 with
Raul Garello, and was pianist in the orchestra led by Roberto Firpo.  Tango
has lost another one of its great musicians.
