It's both!  It's the* Portland ValenTango (Feb 18-23, 2015**)*--both a
festival and a marathon (and always has been). Consider the stats:

So do the math....the $135 Milonga Pass gets you into over 70 hours of
tango dancing. (OK, I'll do the math for you: that's less than $2/hour of
dancing--simply the best deal around.)  Or if you just wanna take classes,
buy the 6-pack of class tokens and each class is only $21...again a deal
you can't beat.
