The extraordinary Tomas Howlin (Montreal/BsAs) returns to Pittsburgh for an encore weekend workshop in Argentine Tango, accompanied by Carrie Whipple (Portland). A consummate teacher and dancer, Tomas brings a special sensibility to tango: subtle and elegant and effortless, with a whiff of zany.  Six classes.  Three milongas, collaboratively hosted by the Pittsburgh Tangueros, PATangoS, and PGHTangoConnection.
