Join us for this weekend of learning , exploration, discovery and play.

Tomas is a highly sought after teacher, with his unique and exceptional experience teaching and performing in Argentina, North America and Europe (nearly 20 years!). Tomas is appreciated for his sharp eye, gentle humor, and accessibility. He creates a bridge linking traditional tango with the newer tendencies and believes in a natural, relaxed, comfortable, and skillful tango; one that is unique for each person.

>From open to close embrace and back. Technique and principles to practice and explore a dynamic embrace (ALL)
9:30p- 11p- practica with Tomas and Karen- for class participants

Saturday, Jan 29  (AMT) 
11am- 12:30p- class 2- “Open in Close”  
How to be comfortable and bring fluidity inside the close embrace (INT)
12:30p- 1:30p- practica- w/Tomas & Karen- for class participants ONLY
1:30p-3p- class 3- “The Other Side”  
Multidimensional dancing. Expand to new sides of your dance to create contrast and variety. (INT/ADV)
3p-4p- open practica- for class participants ONLY


7:30p- 9p- class 4- “Vals me up!” 
 (pre-milonga) -Discover how rhythm meets melody in the Vals  -all level


9p- 1a- Elegant milonga – Dj Karen Jaffe
