For Berlin: 
Can you recommend a good milonga for lower/mid intermediate level?  I will
be in Berlin 27 July-5 Aug.
Also, is this list at tangokultur.info reasonably up-to-date with current
milongas? (http://www.tangokultur.info/BerlinerTangowoche.pdf)

For Heidelberg/Mannheim: 
I'm having trouble finding any milongas -- any pointers?  I'll be in the
area of Heidelberg and Mannheim 11 Aug-17 Aug.
