Description:  Saturday, November 17, 2007, 1:00 pm -
2:00 pm

"You're invited to join in for an exceptional Tango
concert for Family audiences at Experience Music
Project, downtown Seattle next Saturday November 17th
from 1 to 2pm. Mirta Wymerszberg and La Luciernaga
Tango presents Bajamos del Barco (From the Ships We
Came), a series of musical postcards about
immigration, cultural crossroads and the genesis of
Tango. Tango Lady puppet Dorita and Tango dancers
Kamran Tavakoli and Colleen Boyce will transport young
audiences to a Tango geography, to the port of Buenos
Aires.

The concert is held at the Sky Church within the
Family Days Program and the America Sabor: Latinos in
U.S. Popular Music Exhibition. Family Days runs on
Saturday from 11pm to 3pm offering hands on activities
for everyone.
