Susana Tango Pial 40mins
Carlos Pico & Sandro Nunziata - Buenos Aires, Argentina
In Buenos Aires, Argentina, in a neighbourhood called Flores, there's ³The
Milonga of Susana² with a unique atmosphere, where mostly only old people go
to dance tango. This documentary tries to transmit sensations and feelings
arising from this magical place and the contact with some characters, both
men and women ³milongueros², (tango dancers). A tender and moving look at
what tango music and the milonga actually mean for lots of tango dancers.
Surrender Tango 29mins followed by Q and A with Marcia Rock

Surrender Tango goes beyond tango as a dance to tango as a metaphor for
relationships. Shot entirely in New York at South Street Seaport and Central

connection. The film culminates with a performance by Mariela Franganillo
