Our featured guest artist Carina Losano has graciously offered to do  
a demonstration at our milonga. Workshops will be offered with Carina  
before the milonga.

Carina is an accomplished dancer and has studied with well-known  
Masters, Los Dinzels, Gustavo Naveira, Fabian Salas, Pepito  
Avellaneda to name a few. As an instructor she teaches a style of  
tango which is elegant and dynamic while at the same time is fun,  
relaxed and enjoyable. Carina is an accomplished choreographer as  
well as performer and her credits include teaching Madonna tango  
technique for her role in Evita, and she co-coreographed a commercial  
for Shakira which aired at The Academy Awards. She has performed at  
the Argentine Embassy in Washington DC, the Kennedy Center and the  
Lincoln Center in NYC plus The Hispanic Inaugural Gala for President  
George W. Bush in 2001. She is also the official teacher at the  
Argentine Embassy and has taught Tango on numerous International  
cruise lines.
