A 3-week residency total immersion course in Argentinean Tango.
An intimate group of no more than 7 professional couples.
Be part of the Tango documentary to be filmed during the event.
a) How to choreopraph new Tango.
b) Choreography tips for stage presentation and maximizing steps to music,
creating dynamic tensions in your choreography to make it more potent and alive.
c) There will also be classes on teaching tango and the methodology that
Miriam and Hugo are using.
Dancers will receive first rate exclusive coaching in their routines,
techniques and professional dance craft as well as creating new dance choreographies
by Miriam Larici and Hugo Patyn one of the most skilled and experienced Tango
Show dance couple in the world.
Throughout the intensive we will conduct interviews with you and your partner
on your progress in the dance. Miriam and Hugo will personally attune to your
specific dance and performance needs and guide the program with their
customary attention to detail and professional attitude.
This group happens at the same time as a documentary on tango is being filmed
and if you participate in this Intensive you will also agree to be part of
the documentary unless we hear from you otherwise.
Fee: $3,500 for the 3 weeks of tango instructions,
Accommodations at an exquisite mansion on the northshore of
Maui, all meals included.
