and Sacadas.

Argentine Tango Workshops with George Garcia and Pier Voulkos

Block Party, Metronome Dance Center, 333 DeHaro Street at 17th Street,
SF

1-2:30pm  - Close Embrace Giros, Boleos, & Sacadas: Learn these classic
Milonguero figures for the salon floor.  We’ll explore walking
technique, the musical phrasing of tango & the technique of creating a
lush experience for your partner.

3-4:30pm - Back Sacadas for Leaders & Followers: George shares his
techniques for leading and following in this advance move.  Key
geometric alignment and momentum are decoded to create ease in this
complex action.

Intermediate Level & Up.  $26.00 per workshop or get $5.00 OFF if you
take both!
