[Tango-A] NA-E: NYC-Special Benefit Milonga for Ruby

Hi all:

I'm a great and longtime friend of Ruby's, and am all for the benefit 
milonga, but I also wanted to tell the world: 

EVERY New Yorker can get free health insurance. Times changed a while ago, 
and the state set into place programs for every age demographic.   THERE IS 
HEALTH INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR EVERY NEW YORKER.   Check with a social worker, 
either affiliated with a rellief organization, your church if you have one, or 
the social services staff at any hospital. Explain your situation. They'll know 
what to do, where to go and how to get you set up.
