Dear Residents,
Please be advised that a storm is forecasted from Sunday night through Monday night, bringing 1 to 2 inches of rain along with strong winds. We ask for your assistance in helping keep our campus dry and trouble‑free by following these important weather precautions:
1. Close Windows and Doors
Before leaving your room or apartment, please ensure that all windows and doors are fully closed and latched. If you notice any window or door that cannot close properly, please report it as a Service Request through Atlas:

2. Reporting Maintenance Needs
· Non‑urgent requests:
o Please submit online via the Atlas Service Request portal: https://atlas.mit.edu/atlas/Main.action?tab=home&sub=group_servreq
· Urgent maintenance issues (such as leaking windows, flooding, or loss of heat) should be reported immediately to HRS Operations (“Unit-12”) at (617) 253-1500
