Please be aware with wind driven rain expected, it's not unusual for the water to enter in through the air-conditioning slots from the exterior of the building into the building and have leaks around the window or your ceiling  I

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do but suggest to  try an absorb it as much as possible with any rags you may have.

Dear Residents,



Please be advised that a storm is forecasted from Sunday night through Monday night, bringing 1 to 2 inches of rain along with strong winds. We ask for your assistance in helping keep our campus dry and trouble‑free by following these important weather precautions:



1. Close Windows and Doors

Before leaving your room or apartment, please ensure that all windows and doors are fully closed and latched. If you notice any window or door that cannot close properly, please report it as a Service Request through Atlas:

2. Reporting Maintenance Needs

·        Non‑urgent requests:

o   Please submit online via the Atlas Service Request portal: https://atlas.mit.edu/atlas/Main.action?tab=home&sub=group_servreq

·        Urgent maintenance issues (such as leaking windows, flooding, or loss of heat) should be reported immediately to HRS Operations (“Unit-12”) at (617) 253-1500
