[Tang-Residents] Msss state elevator testing Tonight 11pm to 6am

Hello Tang Hall.

   Just an FYI as the state will be working with our elevator contractor to test all 3 elevators overnight.

There will be some delays in cart services but the contractors will accommodate you as needed.

This is the best time to test with least amount of usage. Testing hours will be  began around 11pm tonight  and finish up in the early morning.
