[Tang-Residents] Pumpkin Drop Saturday - Resident considerations

Hello Tang Family:

The pumpkin drop event formally starts at 8:30pm.  The Cookie Monstah truck will arrive around 8pm to give. you a chance to get some ice cream before the campus crowd arrives.

Remember if you live in the apartments on the south side of the building, close your windows.

Hello Tang Hall Family:

East Campus' annual Pumpkin Drop will take place this Saturday at Tang Hall. Tang residents must consider the following:


  *
Bikes - The pumpkins will be dropped from Tang Hall's roof.  If you park your bike at the bike racks located on the south side lawn, that is the in the drop zone and there will be lots of pumpkin splatter.  In the past, the bike racks were pushed slightly back and covered with plastic but we want to give you plenty of time to consider moving your bike during the event.
  *
Windows - residents that live on the South Side! of the building, please close your windows during this event.  You may want to block out noise but also avoid pumpkins possibly hitting your window.  I don't remember that ever happening but it's better to be safe.
  *
Er'body Take A Break! Come down to visit the Cookie Monstah Ice Cream truck!
