 The countertop will be installed next Wednesday and the sink will be installed and hooked up the following day, Thursday.

  At this time, the seating arrangements, ping-pong table set up and pool table now available.

The kitchenette is tentatively scheduled to be complete by the end of next week if the countertop arrives in time.

  On Thursday 1/25, sometime  between 10am and  3pm  please expect to hear loud noise from the 1st floor lounge as contractors core holes in the cement to install hot and cold water lines for the new  kitchenette.

Hello

Please be aware, starting on Monday1/22 contractors will arrive and be working to  open up the wall and ceiling to install a kitchenette in the 1st floor lounge.
The pool table and music room will be accessible. The other side/other half of the lounge will closed.  There will be loud noise Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.
I will provide updates as contractors move along.
