Forwarding a message from Michael Collins, House Manager, who has scheduled an exterminator visit on Oct 23rd.  Please help eliminate pests by keeping your spaces clean and filling out a service request ticket if pests are seen.  The link is in his message below.

   I need your help, please read.
If you see any type of unwanted insects or bugs, PLEASE REPORT THROUGH ATLAS WORK ORDER SYSTEM.
See something, please report.

Please keep you kitchen clean.
You are responsible throughout your lease or will be fined

Please do not throw open food down the trash chute. All food must be put inside a plastic bag, sealed closed before disposing down the trash chute.

A professional exterminator will
arrive on Monday 10/23 sometime after 9am to address any new work orders that will be created between today and Sunday.
Treatment is a bait that is applied in cracks and crevices and does take time before having results. It is not an instant fix or immediate results.
Treatment is followed up with 2nd revisit  7 to 10 days later.   This is the most useful and aggressive process, however, it’s not a magic wand and doesn’t eliminate them immediately.

Please do not use you own spray within your own apartment.  This will only spread insects  to other apartments.
