Hello All,



Some men feel pressure to keep their struggles to themselves, or might worry they are the only one struggling. In this weekly group, members will have the opportunity to connect with other men in a supportive setting, deepen relationships with themselves and others, and discuss how to navigate the many expectations that come with being a man. Session topics are chosen based on members’ goals, but may include personal growth, confidence and self-esteem, identities, interpersonal relationships (family, friends, dating, partners), self-care and stress management, substance use, work-life balance at MIT and beyond, among others. All undergraduate and graduate students identifying as men of any cultural backgrounds and identities are welcome.
