[Tang-Residents] TANG: Campus Mail

Hello Tang,

The warm weather is slowly upon us and the school year is closer to a beautiful end, leaving the frigid cold almost out of sight.
To ensure the Front Desk does our part distributing your mail and packages properly we ask a few things of you:


  *   Just outside of the Laundry Room on the ground floor you will find wooden "Interdepartmental mail slot-boxes."

Please find your room number on this wall and retrieve your mail from this space.

Room numbers are listed reading Right to Left.

***Any mail found that's not addressed to you or a current resident in your suite please bring to the Front Desk.



  *   You will receive an email prior to Final Exams that will assist you with Mail Forwarding, and

Change of Address if this applies to you.  For residents whose lease will end, you will also receive

this same notation from the Graduate Housing Office during the final lease termination period.



  *   NOTE: Mail is sometimes placed in the Interdepartmental boxes when mail is sent directly by the Institute.

All US Postal Mail even without the room number is given directly back to the US Postal Worker, who in turns places

these articles of mail in the appropriate locked boxes.  It's ideal to check the wooden slots weekly for measure as

fellow residents may place mail in these slots
