Hello,

As temperatures begin to drop please open and maintenance repair request via atlas requesting your air conditioner be removed an the air conditioner slot  be winterized. 
Having your a/c  still installed could cause pipes to freeze and burst...please prepare now.

Also please be aware the department of facilities were here today and now have turned on the heat 
The heating season runs from September 16 through June 14th, during which every room must be heated to between 68˚F and not more than 78˚F between 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and at least 64˚F at all other hours. This is the Mass health code language.
 
If you are requesting  a space heater a room temperature will be taken first and also make sure the thermostat is turned up to increase the temperature. Instructions are on the wall over the device in each bedroom
