 Avoid frozen pipes and floods. 

  All air conditioners should now be removed to avoid damages. 

If you haven’t already had it removed, please open a maintenance repair request now.

Instructions on how to open up a maintenance repair request for this and any other issues you may have within your apartment, you can find instructions on the back of your apartment door.
