[Tang-Residents] The holiday weekend

Dear Tang Residents,

As we approach the long holiday weekend, we wanted to take a moment to remind you about testing hours and return-to-campus protocols.


  *   If you are traveling outside of Massachusetts, please register your trip<http://covidtravel.mit.edu> and be sure to follow the return to campus protocols outlined below.
  *   Please visit the COVID Pass app or the website<http://covidapps.mit.edu/medical-testing-information> for testing hours and locations.  Testing will be limited to the Johnson Athletic Center only from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Memorial Day (Monday, May 31).
  *   Don't forget to complete your daily health attestation through COVID Pass<http://covidpass.mit.edu> each day that you are accessing campus.

Return to Campus Protocols
If you travel outside of Massachusetts for more than 24 hours, please test immediately upon your return to MIT housing or during the next available testing period<http://covidapps.mit.edu/medical-testing-information> through MIT's testing operations at Johnson Athletic Center or MIT Medical.

  *   Remain in quarantine in your residence hall until a negative test result is confirmed.
  *   If you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you must receive a COVID-19 test upon arrival to campus but a quarantine period is not required.


  *   Follow all automated testing and attestation prompts through COVID Pass<http://covidpass.mit.edu/>.

If your holiday travel plans will interrupt your normal testing cadence, we encourage you to test prior to leaving campus, even if it's a day or two early, to help ensure that you maintain access to campus buildings upon your return, including your residence.
