[Tang-Residents] Express yourself board new question

Hello Tang Fam:


Thanks so much for the lively exchange on the Express Yourself board with the last question about Safe and Unsafe spaces.  I realize it was left up for a while but after a week, there were barely any comments and then all of a sudden, a diversity of opinions were popping up.  It was great!!!!


New Question:  What does inclusion look like to you?


Shifting away from the word diversity for a moment, inclusion requires us to think about who is (and is not)  represented when it comes policy decisions, community engagements, opportunities, etc...  So in the various spaces you find yourself in personally and professionally, what do you notice about who is or is not being included?
