[Tang-Residents] cooler nights request to have your A/c removed

Hello



  With the colder/cooler nights being forecasted, now is the time to open a maintenance repair request if you have an air conditioner installed in your bedroom or common area to have the A/C removed, winterize and properly taped and sealed.



The heat is usually turned on mid-October. To keep the warmth in to help in the evenings, close and lock and windows.



Prepare now to prevent frozen pipes which could lead to floods and water damages.
