[Tang-Residents] FW: New Mechanic for Tang

Hello All,

[cid:image002.png at 01D6B29B.B2496DC0]We am pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey Soares to the Tang Hall team as a Maintenance Mechanic.  Jeff, who will begin his new duties on November 9, is no stranger to MIT.  He previously served as a Housekeeper in Ashdown House and has been a member of the MIT community for the past eight years.  Jeff hails from Medford, Massachusetts and enjoys hiking and playing soccer with his spouse and young daughter.

Maintenance Mechanics are integral to the running of each house. Within his new role, Jeff will perform a wide variety of functions related to the servicing, maintenance, repair, and renovation of the residence hall.

I hope you will join me in welcoming Jeff as part of the Tang Hall community.  If you see him around the building, please be sure to say hello!
