Subject: Student Lending Art Program - Early Returns

House Masters,

In response to MIT's transition toward online instruction, we are asking that all students who plan to leave Cambridge remember to return their artwork. We have emailed all students participating in this program with the return instructions.

We will be accepting art returns in the lobby of E15 Wednesday, March 11th - Friday, March 13th and Monday, March 16th from 10 am until 6pm.

We understand students are faced with immense stress of this sudden change. As an alternative, we would like to inquire into the possibility for setting up a space in each dorm where students can return their artworks. The List Center would deliver a storage bin for the artworks, and collect it next week.  We would require that the bin is monitored by a staff member and secured overnight in a house master office. Please let me know if this is possible at your dorm, and we will make arrangements with you.
