[Tang-Residents] Please Read Instructions on Recycling and Compost Bins in Common Areas

Dear Tang Residents,

I noticed several times that some random trash has been discarded into the
plastic  bags collection bin in the lobby. In addition, there was
occasionally trash in the composting bin outside the rear entrance. These
bins are not for trash! Please read instructions that are attached on the
bins before putting things into them. This is not a small matter!
