[Tang-Residents] Warning - Suspicious person near Bike Racks

Hello Tang:

Today I received a message from another resident saying there was a suspicious person (older man on bike) near the bike racks.  This fellow resident was concerned because he noticed some unlocked bikes near the entrance of Tang.

PLEASE do not leave your bikes unlocked.
